We provide physiotherapy services at our rooms (Panorama) and home visits (including old age homes & schools) in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs & Table View/ Sunningdale.

We have a special interest in neurological conditions in both adults and children as well as pre and post natal care. 

 

Our practice has a big emphasis on early intervention and collaboration with clients, their families and other health care professionals. ​This, along with evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques, help us walk step by step with each client and family to reach their full potential and attain the best possible quality of life through. We have a strong emphasis on increasing independence and guiding both client and family to help them achieve this objective. 

 

In line with early intervention, we also provide services to mothers to assist in a variety of ways, including breast care for breastfeeding, baby stimulation and screening of neonates and babies. We believe helping mothers with challenges they face, will in turn assist in helping our children in the future.

We also provide physio for sport injuries. We have experience as both the injured athlete and the therapist in sport and understand the desire to be able to participate in activities that are meaningful to a person. In this we aim to assist everyday athletes to recover in a manner that reduces risk of future reoccurrence of the injury and self-management of their areas of weakness that increases risk of possible injury
